This is the industrial side of our commercial and office cleaning in Montreal: warehouses and distribution centres, workshops and commercial garages, light manufacturing floors, and showrooms attached to industrial spaces. If your facility does not fit neatly in one of those boxes, describe it to us by phone and we will tell you whether we are the right fit. For office towers and residential buildings, see our building cleaning and housekeeping service.
What industrial cleaning covers on your floor
A warehouse does not get dirty the way an office does. Forklift tires track grit across the floor, racking collects dust nobody notices until it drifts onto product, and the washrooms on the floor take heavy use. So warehouse cleaning is scoped for the floor, not borrowed from an office contract. Here is what an industrial cleaning visit in Montreal can cover.
- Production and warehouse floorsSweeping, scrubbing and degreasing of concrete and sealed surfaces, including the aisles between racking and the marked walkways.
- Racking, ledges and beamsDust removal on ledges, racking, beams and fixtures, where it collects out of sight and drifts down onto product. Say how high it goes.
- Loading docks and entrancesSweeping and washing of the dock area, entrances and vestibules, including door glass and mats. It is the first part of the building a client or an auditor sees.
- Offices, break rooms and washroomsThe ones inside your facility. Tables, counters, sinks, toilets, floors and bins.
- Interior windows and glass partitionsOffice glass, partition walls and the door glass between the floor and the front offices.
- Showrooms and front officesThe part of the building a customer walks into, cleaned on the same visit as the floor behind it.
Anything on that list can be left out, and anything missing from it can be raised. Break room fridges, the top of the racking, a mezzanine, the yard outside the docks: say what you want and we will tell you what fits. Chemical spill response, hazardous materials and the inside of machinery are outside this service. If what you need is daily upkeep of the offices and washrooms rather than the floor itself, that is closer to our janitorial services in Montreal.
Working around production and shifts
Cleaning a running operation is a scheduling problem before it is a cleaning problem. Give us the quiet windows: after the last shift, a weekend, or a planned shutdown. We schedule around your hours, evenings and weekends included. If part of the floor never stops, the crew works the zones you release and stays clear of the lines that are running, on the route your supervisor gives them.
Access and safety rules on your floor
Your floor has rules and the crew follows them. Sign in, stay out of the forklift aisles, keep off anything you have taped or marked, and tell us at the quote what the crew has to wear on the floor. Lay the rules out when we quote and they apply from the first visit. Machinery, product and anything on the racks stay out of scope unless you put them in, and the inside of machinery stays out either way. We also need to know how the keys, fobs or alarm code work, or who will be there to let the crew in, and who to call if something looks wrong.
The same crew on a recurring schedule
On a recurring schedule you get the same crew each visit. That matters more on an industrial floor than in an office. The crew learns where the forklift traffic runs, which dock door stays shut and which washroom takes the heaviest use. A new face every visit would relearn all of that on your time. The crew is insured and background checked.
When something gets missed
If something gets missed, a corner behind the dock door or a washroom on the far side, tell us the same business day, with a photo if you have one. We come back and fix it, and it gets checked on the next visit. For what a finished visit looks like, see our before and after cleaning photos.
How the quote works
Tell us about your space by phone or send a few photos and dimensions. Say what you want covered, how many washrooms and break rooms sit on the floor, and when the crew can be on it. You can book a one time deep clean or set a recurring schedule, weekly, biweekly or monthly. Our team arrives with its own equipment and products. Let us know who the invoice goes to and what your accounts payable needs on it. Quotes are free. If you would rather have us see the space, raise it on the call.
Common questions
Can you work around our production shifts?
Yes. Evenings, early mornings and weekends are all workable. Tell us the window at the quote.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, our team arrives with its own products and equipment. If your facility requires specific products for compliance reasons, raise it at the quote and we will tell you what we can work with.
Do we get the same people each visit?
On a recurring schedule, yes. The same crew comes back, knows your floor and knows your rules, so you are not briefing new people every time.
Can you clean just the offices and washrooms?
Yes. Scope is whatever you put in it. You might want the full floor once a month and the washrooms and break room every week, and the quote can be split that way.
Do you handle post construction cleanup in industrial spaces?
Yes. If you are finishing renovations or an expansion, we clear the construction dust and debris before the space goes back into use. That work is quoted as its own job through our post construction cleaning service.
Describe the floor, the docks and the offices on it. Quotes are free, by phone or from photos.
