Airbnb cleaning in Montreal for short term rentals and hotel rooms
An Airbnb listing lives or dies by its cleanliness ratings. One missed hair in the shower and it turns up in the review. We clean condos and apartments across downtown, Griffintown and the Sud-Ouest, so a guest ready turnover is a condo clean with a deadline, not a special request.
- ★ 4.8 out of 5

- Insured and background checked
- Quotes by phone or photos
Hotel rooms across Montreal get the same treatment. Whether it is one Airbnb condo in Old Montreal, six units around the Plateau, or a floor of hotel rooms between one checkout and the next, the checklist does not change. Products and equipment are included, the crews are insured and background checked, and the rating is 4.8 out of 5 across 598 Google reviews.
What a turnover includes
- A full reset every visitKitchen, bathrooms, floors, dust, mirrors and touch points, the same checklist every time.
- Guest ready presentationYour instructions followed, from folded towels to how you like the cushions.
- Built around your windowsTell us the gap between checkout and check in and we will tell you which turnovers we can take.
- One crew, one contactSeveral units, the same team, on a recurring schedule that runs itself.
- A deep clean between seasonsA longer visit, aimed at getting the unit back to listing photo level.
A turnover is a reset, not a deep clean, and after a busy season those stop being the same job. Grout darkens, oven racks build up, vents hold the dust a fast turnover skips. Once a year that longer version is worth booking, and it is what we mean by deep cleaning for condos and houses. The difference is easier to see than to explain, so we put it in our before and after cleaning gallery.
Hotel room cleaning in Montreal
Hotel rooms, auberges, guest houses and boutique properties run on room by room housekeeping, and we work from your room sheet rather than imposing ours. Beds stripped and remade with the linen you supply, bathroom cleaned, glass, mirrors, floors, dusting, and every touch point a guest puts a hand on. Ask about corridors, stairwells and landings if you need them covered.
If housekeeping is short staffed for a weekend and the rooms still have to be ready, or if there is no permanent housekeeping team and the floor is contracted out, that is work we can take on. Rooms are also only part of a hotel, so if the lobby, the offices or the gym need covering, that falls under office and commercial cleaning.
The checkout to check in window
Your checkout and your check in are usually set hours apart, and everything has to happen inside that gap. That block is what a turnover crew is built around, and it is why a fixed weekday slot on someone else’s schedule rarely fits a rental.
We will not sell you a clock time we cannot hold. What we do instead is ask for your real windows first and tell you plainly which turnovers we can take on a given day. Hosts on a steady weekly schedule get first call on the crowded dates, because their units are already on the route. Late checkouts, early arrivals, evenings and weekends are all normal in this work.
Airbnb hosts with several units
Five addresses should not mean five cleaners and five standards. You get one crew, one contact and one invoice instead. Because it is the same crew on your recurring visits, they learn the units: the sticking shower door, the balcony that needs sweeping in summer, the building that makes you sign in. That is the real argument for keeping one team on a schedule, and it is the same idea behind our recurring housekeeping. We work from your calendar and your booking windows, so send the week’s gaps however you already track them.
Access is handled once too. Lockbox code, keypad entry, a key handed over, or a building that asks everyone to sign in at the desk, we follow whatever your building and your listing already use. Tell us how the crew gets in and how you want the place locked up behind them. The crew does not change between recurring visits, so that only has to be explained once.
Linens and restocking
Linen, laundry and restocking are often the parts a host keeps doing personally, until they get tired of it. Tell us what you need handled between guests, whether that is linen, laundry or restocking, and we will tell you what we can build into the visit and what it adds to the price. The time to raise it is at the quote, not after the first turnover.
When something is damaged or missing
Between guests, you are relying on someone else’s eyes. Some things read as damage rather than mess: a stain that will not lift, a broken glass, a missing towel set. Tell us at the quote whether you want to hear about them, and what you want done with anything a guest leaves behind. If something in our own work is wrong, tell us the same business day, with a photo if you have one. We come back and fix it, and it gets checked on the next visit.
How a quote works
The quote is done by phone or from photos; if you would rather have us see the unit, raise it on the call. Tell us what we are cleaning, an apartment with its bedrooms and bathrooms or a number of hotel rooms, whether linen is part of it, and how often it turns over. A few photos say more than a long description. We price it, you decide, and the quote is free. The quote works the same way whether you run one unit or six. If a unit is coming off the platform for a long term tenant, that job is closer to our move in and move out cleaning.
Common questions
Do you handle back to back turnovers between a checkout and a check in?
When the windows allow it. Give us the two times and we will tell you whether the day works. Hosts on a weekly schedule get first call on the busy dates.
Do you clean hotel rooms, or only Airbnb units?
Both. Hotel rooms, auberges and boutique properties run on the same checklist, and we can work from your own housekeeping sheet instead of ours.
Can you change the linens and restock the coffee and soap?
Tell us and we will say what we can build into the visit. Linen, laundry and restocking are all things to raise at the quote.
I run several Airbnb listings. Can one crew cover them all?
Yes. One crew, one contact and one invoice, instead of a different cleaner at every address.
Can you clean in the evening or on a weekend?
Yes. Guests do not arrive on a business schedule, so evenings and weekends are ordinary here.
